Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email including tracking details.

Please double check your junk if you haven't received a tracking email within 5 days of placing your order.
Returns policy
We offer a 14-day return policy for unworn items.
This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Returns postage must be paid by the customer and we advise sending the item tracked with proof of postage - if the item is lost in the post we will be unable to process the return.
Your refund will be processed within 10 working days.

Our Factories
Where is Hannah Walker made?
All our headbands are handcrafted in the UK, in our factory based in the South West England.
Our hair claws and clips were sourced from China. We are now working with UK based suppliers to move all production of resin accessories to the UK by summer 2023.
